As we shift into this new paradigm the polarities melt away, and in this, become so distinct. There is a feeling of utter bliss followed by the sense of doom. There are tears of joy and tears of sorrow. There are butterflies of excitement, followed by the sting of matter. All feels inside out, upside down and back to front as we shift from State to State, Dimension to Dimension, Realm to Realm.

When we come from linear thought, from perception, there is a madness that depths are endless.....there is void that is endless, and fathomless to the mind. And it brings the sensation of fear and of that of being in total alone in the fall of that, that can not be understood by the intellect. Hence the sensation of fathomless fear that follows.

Breathe. Breathe in the new energies. They come in Light, in Frequency, Vibration and an Energy that will take some time to tune into. This High influx of Light Codes, Connections, Consciousness and Awareness can be overwhelming, so much so, we put off our inner work. This State of Being is new to us and the sensations that follow can have an intensity where the floor falls out from under out feet and WE have no idea which way is up and which way is down.

Creating Space and bringing in Light is of the most importance in the NOW.

WE can only receive the Connections and Upgrades WE give our Will to. WE are of Free choice always. Give permission to what resonates with your Being, what feels somewhat familiar and is of Love, Compassion, Light and the Highest Truth. Your intuition will not lie if you have done your inner work. Remember, you have already done this, not only in the Now...but many times before.

WE have now entered the unknown and learn how to Navigate our Multi-dimensional Selves as we transcended the Me to the I, here we transcend the I to the WE. Unity/Universal/Creator Consciousness. The Universe Evolving and becoming even deeper Aware of Itself, and in so...WE discover the Human Being, the Flesh and the Spirit and how WE are Connected to the All.

And it seams the surprises just keep on coming.

It is wise to take it slow, to process and infuse with each new energy, each new connection, light of consciousness, sensation, adventure and experience. For here WE are in training and are in the remembrance Of All that WE are. It is here WE learn that all is done from with-in and are given the tools to undertake our Earth missions at this time.

Breathe out All that is rising. It is not yours and it is of illusion and lies. Yes, the low vibrational energy is of essence, it was created, based on unconsciousness. Remember energy never dies, it can only be transcended, by the LightWorker alchemising the energy with Love, Light, Consciousness and Truth. It is what WE do and Why WE have Come. Let the tears fall, the suffering rise and than fall and remember from where you have come. Leave the stories of the mind behind.

It is here in the Out Breath we create the Space for what is to come in, on the In Breath. It is the Great Universal Law of Expansion and Contraction, that is now understood from the Macro to the Micro. One beautiful Cosmic Dance of Light and Dark, Sun and Moon, Flesh and Spirit, Above and Below.

To experience the spectrum in all of its beauty. The spectrum of Spirit and the Flesh. To know it in all its shades and to understand the harmony found with in. The balance of light and darkness, Positive and Negative, The Flesh and the Spirit.

It is the expansion and growth of All that is.....One big Macro Organism that consists of Micro Organisms with in Micro organisms, that are fathomless, endless, limitless.

Breathe....It is All in the Breath as WE find treasure and Magic in the Spaces that WE once thought held No Thing. Everything as I said is inside out, upside down and back the front as WE shift from State to State.

Isn't it just Glorious.
