Hallows Eve is traced back to the Ancient Celts who celebrated Samhain, pronounced so-in. Samhain was the last harvest of the year and dwells at the exact point between the Fall Equinox, and Winter Solstice (Right around October 31st).

It was a celebration of darkness, representing death, the unknown, the void, subconscious, Intuition, all that can not be logically explain, see or comprehend.

Samhain signified an honoring of passing over into the Spirit World, the after Life, the ending of a cycle and All that has been. A release and a letting go to make space for new opportunities. It gave insight into the darker hidden realms of existence and with the acceptance and integration of the darkness, the power of Light was also renewed.

Hallows Eve marks the Veil is at it's thinnest in this alignment with Source Energy and our Ancient Selves were well aware of this fact.

As the leaves fall off the trees, leaving them bare, as the animals disappear into hibernation and as the days grow shorter and colder, our Ancient Selves knew this as a time to turn with-in Spiritually. In doing so they turned in unison with the Wheel of Life, producing a strong connection to the other side and a greater understanding of who and what they are.

This Halloween is the perfect time to honor, let go and release all that has moved on from your reality. Let go of past patterns, lower energies, emotions, thoughts and situations.

It is a time where the Spirit world is most active as the veil is thinnest, so take advantage and connect with past love ones and ancestors. Oh what a wonderful release.
